MindWorkout events are BACK- every weekday at 7am and 12pm!

Starting this Wednesday (27th October), we are bringing back the much anticipated regular mindworkout events from 2020.

We are expanding our Astra Zeneca sponsored ‘brain smart’ meditation sessions EVERY weekday in the morning at 7:05AM and in the afternoon at 12:00! Taking a meditation break can help with reducing stress and improving overall health! Even 10 minutes of meditation can make a difference!

The events will be held on the digital platform Gather, a video-calling space that lets multiple people hold separate conversations in parallel, walking in and out of those conversations just as easily as they would in real life. We recommend you take 5 minutes beforehand to work through the tutorial on how to navigate in Gather.

The room is called ‘dsa-mental-health’ and the password is ‘dsa2021’. 

Once inside the DSA mental health space, find the meditation circle where the guided meditation will start at the scheduled time.

There are also spaces available to talk with others in private or group conversations to discuss your experiences with the meditation exercise or just hang out!

We feel moral support and the feeling of community can be very helpful in post-pandemic times. 

To follow the guided audio you only need sound. Plan for a comfortable and quiet place to sit during your mind-workouts. A spot where you can close your eyes during the meditative sections of workouts, plug in your earphones and enjoy a journey to take good care of the most valuable asset – your fantastic brain!
