    The Doctoral Students’ Association (Doktorandsektionen, DSA) is the section for students registered at doctoral education at Karolinska Institutet. As a member of Medicinska Föreningen and a registered doctoral student, you are a member of DSA. The main function of DSA is to represent the interests and concerns of doctoral students to the university administration and other relevant bodies.  Additionally, DSA organizes events, workshops, and conferences to facilitate networking among doctoral students and with faculty members.  Further, DSA also provides information about academic policies, procedures, and resources available to doctoral students.   • Become a Project Manager for the PhD Conference 2024

    Have you always wanted to organize a conference and upgrade you CV whilst having fun? Become the PhD conference manager for 2024! You will lead a team of 5-6 fellow doctoral students to coordinate speakers, accommodations, transportation, sponsorships, finances, and more. This project is yours to shape from the start, providing invaluable experience. Reporting to the DSA Board, you’ll ensure seamless communication with KI and oversee a successful, enjoyable conference.
