Conference fee

We wanted to make the conference accessible to all KI doctoral students, so the conference fee is only a fraction of what one would be expected to pay at other conferences. Still, this is paid by the supervisor. More details further down.

Key dates for the 2026 PhD Conference

Conference: 18-05-2026 to 19-05-2026

Application and abstract submission opens: 1 March

Reduced fee for the early birds up until: 31 March at 15:00

Application and abstract submission closed: 17 April at 15:00

Free cancellation: Up to 1 week before the conference

VENUE

The venue will be Djurönäset (Seregårdsvägen 1, 139 73 Djurhamn).

We will be offering transportation to and from the venue. The buses will be departing from Cityterminalen.

* 500 kr for MF members and 600 kr for non-members, according to MF’s new policies. MF will check for eligibility.
