Are you passionate about event planning and bringing people together around important topics? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join the organising team for the PhD Conference 2025, taking place May 22-23 in Djurönäset.
As part of the organising team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of conference planning and execution, including:
- Coordinating speaker and panel sessions
- Managing attendee registration and logistics
- Reaching out to private entities to sponsor our stay
- Arranging venue, catering, and other on-site logistics
- Fostering networking and community-building among attendees
This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in event management, build your professional network, and play a key role in delivering a successful and impactful conference. We are looking for detail-oriented, enthusiastic team players who can commit at least 2 hours per week leading up to the event.
