The 2025 PhD Conference organising team is thrilled to extend a warm invitation to this year’s highly anticipated conference.

Through our programme you will learn about:

We wanted to make the conference accessible to all KI doctoral students, so the registration fee remains unchanged since last year (250 SEK). This is paid by the supervisor, not the doctoral student.

Key dates for the 2025 PhD Conference

Conference: 22-05-2025 to 23-05-2025

Application and abstract submission opens: March 3rd 12:00

Application and abstract submission closes: April 22nd 12:00

Extended application deadline: May 6th 12:00

Although we cannot guarantee a spot at the conference, you are encouraged to apply during the extended application period and before the extended deadline. We will process each of the applications individually and inform you relatively quickly whether we have the capacity to host you.
It is not possible to submit an abstract as part of this. If you really have to showcase your research, then contact us and we will try to do our best to accommodate you.
